Entries in these departments are limited to persons residing in the following counties: Moultrie, Douglas, Piatt, Champaign, Edgar, Coles, Shelby, Macon, Effingham, Christian, Dewitt and Cumberland

Bring copy of receipt when dropping off entries.

ENTRY DROP OFF & REGISTRATION
Pre-registered items can be dropped off and tagged at their corresponding departments, inside the merchants building. Exhibitors that need to register items must do so at the Merchant’s Building office at the south end of the building.

Fine Arts, Hobby and Textiles
2 to 4:00pm Sunday, July 8, 2018

Agriculture, Culinary and Floriculture
8 to 10:00am Monday, July 9, 2018

* Judging results will be posted by Monday evening. Judge’s and superintendent’s decisions are final and reserve the right to interpret all rules.

PICK-UP ALL ENTRIES AND CHECKS
1 to 2:00pm Sunday, July 15, 2018
* Any entries removed before this date and time will forfeit any prize money and ribbons. No Exceptions.
