Cattle Show Schedule:
Saturday, July 9, 2022
Cattle must be in place by 8 A.M.
Show begins at 10 A.M.
Entry Fee-$25.00/head
Heifers that are born 9-1-2018 and after are eligible to show.
Steers must be born on or after 1-1-2020. No steer can be shown regardless of birth date that is missing any milk teeth. A line stalling on trailer is highly encouraged.
The show ring will be in the south livestock barn.
Premiums will be pro-rated according to participation and pay up to four places per class. There will be a maximum of 25 heifer classes and a maximum of 8 steer classes.
Premium Schedule for all Beef Show Classes:
1st-$45 2nd-$41 3rd-$37 4th-$33.00
Registration papers are required on all purebred heifers and steers for the committee to split classes.
Steers will declare weights.
Classes will be broke by Superintendent and Committee after check in.
Breeds with insufficient numbers will be combined into AOB classes.
In order to be eligible to show in the showmanship class, the exhibitor must have been an exhibitor and shown in a prior breed class during the 2022 Moultrie-Douglas County Fair Cattle Show.

If cattle are tied outside of barn, all tie-out equipment must be returned & tie-out cleaned before premium check will be issued.
